Prime Walks – Exchange Policy
At Prime Walks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy as outlined below:
✅ Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
- Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items on sale, discounted, or customized are not eligible for exchange.
- Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
🔁 Exchange Process:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email at primewalks01@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number, the reason for the exchange, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse/store (shipping cost to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect).
- After inspection, we will send you the replacement size/style.
🚚 Wrong or Defective Item:
If you received a wrong or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free exchange and cover all related shipping charges.
Note: We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.
