Prime Walks – Exchange Policy

At Prime Walks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy as outlined below:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
  • Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items on sale, discounted, or customized are not eligible for exchange.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at primewalks01@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number, the reason for the exchange, and photos of the item (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse/store (shipping cost to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect).
  4. After inspection, we will send you the replacement size/style.

🚚 Wrong or Defective Item:

If you received a wrong or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free exchange and cover all related shipping charges.
